South African women have been warned of identity theft that leads to fake marriage certificates issued at $833 each. Yes! The women are asked to periodically check for any fake certificates issued on their name. Most of the buyers come from Pakistan, Nigeria, Egypt,India, Bangladesh, and Brazil.
