Liberty Alliance Gathers Forces for All-out Attack on Identity Theft

"Nine percent of US online consumers -- or an estimated 6 million online households -- have experienced identity theft. Only 21% of these consumers think their credit cards are secure online," noted Kate Delhagen, principal analyst in Forrester Research's Retail Group.
